The location was perfect, with several restaurants and fast food businesses nearby. The rooms were very clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly. The bathroom was spotless and had a clean shower. The hotel also had a full kitchenette with a stove top and full-size fridge, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

A surprisingly pleasant stay. We were delighted to find that the rooms at Crossroads Inn & Suites were larger than expected, with a built-in closet and a full kitchenette. The front desk person even gave us a room with two beds for the price of a single bed room, which was a nice surprise. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. we had a great experience at Crossroads Inn & Suites and would definitely recommend it to others.

The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that I needed. The location was great as it was quiet, but still close to all the attractions. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help.

I did notice that the carpets and walls needed to be cleaned. There were smudges on certain surfaces and the floors needed extra attention.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at this hotel. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi service. The hotel was conveniently located close to the main highway and a few local restaurants. Loved the spacious room they provided; the room was equipped with all the essentials we could ask for such as a comfortable bed, a well-furnished kitchen, and a cozy bathroom.

The TV in the room was not functioning properly, and we couldn't watch it. Even after we asked for assistance, the issue was not resolved.
